Phantom Blade Zero has sold more than four million copies across PlayStation 5 and PC during its first three days on the market, developer S-GAME announced. The game launched on October 29, 2026, and reached the milestone by The End of its opening weekend.
S-GAME thanked players for their support in a social media post. The announcement also highlighted user scores of 9.3 on Metacritic and 4.71 on the PlayStation Store. Critics have awarded the PS5 version an average score of 87, while the PC version holds an average of 88.
The result places Phantom Blade Zero among the most successful recent releases from a Chinese studio, although it remains below Black Myth: Wukong, which sold more than 10 million copies during its own first three days. That comparison underscores the scale of both launches, rather than diminishing Phantom Blade Zero's four-million milestone.
The game has also received strong reviews and positive word of mouth from players. Its fast-paced combat, varied encounters, exploration, visual presentation and distinctive style have been singled out as major strengths.
