Aloft and Conan Exiles Enhanced are both scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 in early 2027, bringing two different open-world survival experiences to the console. Further details, including their exact release dates, will be shared later.
Aloft, a cooperative sandbox survival game set among floating islands, will make its console debut on PS5 with Funcom as publisher. The release will include the updates introduced during the game’s PC Early Access period, as well as its full 1.0 experience, with new content, stories and other improvements.
Players can turn floating islands into flying ships, build homes in the sky and explore alone or with friends. Past updates have added wildlife, puzzles, combat improvements, glider customisation and expanded exploration. The game also features tasks such as uncovering forgotten lore, treating fungal corruption, caring for animals and restoring the ecosystem while facing hurricanes.
Conan Exiles Enhanced will add improved environments, characters, lighting and effects, alongside a redesigned user interface and performance and quality-of-life upgrades. The update is intended to make exploring the Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah more consistent. The Isle of Siptah expansion will remain a separate purchase.
The Enhanced edition will be free for players who already own Conan Exiles on PlayStation. Both the PS4 and PS5 versions will be available to buy, with purchasers receiving the other version at no extra cost. Previously purchased Bazaar items and DLC will also carry over from PS4 to PS5.
The console release will include the new story arc Legacy of the Giant-Kings, letting players explore the mysteries and legacy of the ancient giant-kings from launch. Both games can be added to wishlists on the PlayStation Store.
